Widow and single parent needs some help for a few months.

I am a widow and the mother of a two year old little girl. I bought a house a year and a half ago and was rear-ended in an auto accident the next month. I have been in physical therapy, had an epidural and I am still on morphine. I haven't been able to work as much as I did before my accident so my income has dropped. I do web design so it's been pretty hard to sit at my computer because of my back and neck pain. I am still working, I am just not making enough money to pay my bills. I've had to take my daughter out of daycare so it's even harder for me to work when she's running around.
I need some help for the next few months until I settle my accident case or I am going to lose my house.
I also sell wind chimes and if I sold some of those that would help too. You can see my wind chimes at www.reedsong.com They are wind chimes that are digitally tuned to the four frequendcies of DNA.
I would also like to start a new business where I live. I would appreciate any help or any suggestions.
